SJP was represented in-house for the lease renewal transaction. A CBRE team of John G. Nugent, Edward J. DaCosta and Christopher Adamo represented Aon Hewitt, a global provider of risk management services, insurance and reinsurance brokerage, and human resource consulting and outsourcing.

Somerset Corporate Center offers direct access to Interstate 78 and Interstate 287, along Routes 202/206 and proximity to both Newark International Airport and New York City. The campus’ five buildings have energy-efficient systems that produce low emissions and optimal indoor air quality.
