BALTIMORE-Chesapeake Compost Works Benefit LLC is planning to open an organic waste compost facility in Baltimore, Maryland.

BALTIMORE-Chesapeake Compost Works Benefit LLC is planning to open an organic waste compost facility in Baltimore, Maryland. The company has signed a lease for 54,000 square feet of space at 4501 Curtis Ave. It has leased the space to house a recycling operation.

The company is planning to open the green industrial recycling facility in October. Steven L. Cornblatt of Trout Daniel & Associates brokered the deal for Chesapeake Compost Works. BTR Curtis LLC’s Toby Mink represented the building owner. For the full story, go to Baltimore Business Journal .
