CHICAGO-The John Hancock Center situated in downtown Chicago has landed a big tenant. DraftFCB will consolidate its two Chicago offices into the skyscraper at 875 N. Michigan Ave. The advertising agency signed a 15-year lease for approximately 185,000 square feet of office space at the 100-story tower for a new headquarters.

The new lease deal will push Hancock's occupancy rate to nearly 95%. Scott Panzer from Jones Lang LaSalle Inc.'s New York office brokered the deal on behalf of DraftFCB. For the full story, go to Crain's Chicago Business .
