DURHAM, NC-Irvine, California-based Crown Realty & Development has sold a 182,000-square-foot warehouse facility in Durham for $11.5 million. The building, located at 4400 Emperor Boulevard, is fully leased to Phoenix Telecom Solutions and UNC Health Care System.

Burlington, Vermont-based Pizzagalli Properties was the buyer. Crown Realty paid $7.5 million in 2010 for the building. Jim Allaire and Chris Norvell from Cushman & Wakefield/Thalhimer brokered the deal on behalf of the seller. For the full story, go to Triangle Business Journal .
