JACKSONVILLE, FL-An investment group from Canada has recently bought a warehouse facility on Jacksonville's Northside. Quebec-based Daflen America Corp. paid $3.9 million for a 240,000-square-foot facility at Imeson International Industrial Park.

The investment group bought the distribution center at 10089 North Main Street from New York-based W. P. Carey & Co. LLC last month. Aaron Zarle, John Richardson and Bryan Bartlett from Jacksonville-based Grubb & Ellis/Phoenix Realty Group Inc. represented the seller in the deal.
