WASHINGTON, DC-T.J. Maxx and its sister concern HomeGoods have become the anchor tenants of the Shops at Georgetown Park, a retail emporium situated at 3222 M Street. The discount retail chains have leased a total space of 47,800 square feet. Their storefront entrance will be on M Street, the main shopping drag of Georgetown. They will have a huge space on the building's lower Wisconsin Avenue level.
