SAN DIEGO-It's hard to find urban infill sites that can support a 1.5 million-square-foot retail project, but Manarino Realty has succeeded, points out Richard Rizika, managing director of retail services at CBRE, who is leasing the project. He spoke with GlobeSt.com's Ian Ritter at the ICSC Western Division Conference here about Tierra Luna Marketplace, a project in Downey, CA.
