Consumer Programs Agrees to Sell Charlotte Industrial Building

CHARLOTTE, NC-Consumer Programs Inc., a subsidiary of CPI Corp., has agreed to sell an industrial facility and two land parcels in Charlotte for $1.6 million.

CHARLOTTE, NC-Consumer Programs Inc., a subsidiary of CPI Corp., has agreed to sell an industrial facility and two land parcels in Charlotte for $1.6 million. Charlotte-based Worldwide Ventures Inc. will pay $1.4 million for the 59,492-square-foot industrial facility and $100,000 each for the land parcels. The deal is slated to be closed by October 18.

The building, constructed in 1987, is located at 11001 Park Charlotte Blvd. CPI acquired the facility in 2007 as part of its $82.5-million acquisition of Portrait Corp. of America. For the full story, go to St. Louis Business Journal .
