LONDON-Savills is marketing 15 Westferry Circus, a high-rise building in Canary Wharf, London. The firm is seeking more than GBP 129.5 million for the property, which comprise roughly 170,000 square feet of office and ancillary accommodation.

The building was developed in May 2001. It is entirely leased to Morgan Stanley UK Group and the lease runs through 2036. Vico Capital bought the property in 2006 for GBP 135 million from Canary Wharf Group. For the full story, go to PropertyMall .
