DENVER-Zocalo Community Development Inc. has started construction on a 13-story apartment complex in the Denver Union Station area. The 219-unit Cadence is coming up at Chestnut and 17th streets. It is the third high-rise residential development in Denver for Zocalo.
The complex will include retail space on the ground level and will achieve LEED Gold certification. Pre-leasing in the complex is scheduled to start in fall 2013. The project was designed by JG Architects. For the full story, go to Denver Business Journal .
