ALBUQUERQUE-Franklin Plaza, situated at Central Avenue and Juan Tabo on the east side of Albuquerque, will receive a $2-million renovation. A Northern California family trust is the owner of the center. NAI Maestas & Ward's Clayton King and Michael Reneau have been selected to find new tenants to occupy the old Furr's Supermarket site.
