NEW YORK CITY-Come 2013, Chrysler Group LLC will be parking in a new space on the Far West Side, GlobeSt.com has learned. The company—comprised of FIAT of Manhattan and the service operations of Manhattan Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge & Ram—will be moving to 110,000-square-foot auto showroom space at 629 West 54th St., according to CBRE Group Inc., who represented Chrysler on the deal.
“This property is located in a highly sought after market for auto dealerships and we are thrilled to have represented Chrysler Group in securing this new location,” says Michael Kadosh, a vice president at CBRE’s New York Tri-State Retail Services Group, in a statement.
