GUTTENBERG, NJ-There are deals, and then there are out-of-this-world deals. If NAI Hanson’s latest leasing assignment is anything to go by, this deal falls into the latter category. The company recently revealed that it is the exclusive leasing agent for the 48,000-square-foot office/retail portfolio, The Galaxy Mall.

The asset also includes three unique octagonal skyscrapers with 1,075 residential condo units. The retail and office portion spans two-levels and 79,848-square-foot interior space. The Galaxy also has 11 levels of covered parking.

Currently, the retail property has 14 tenants that occupy 23,000 square feet and they are on short-term leases or month-to-month agreements. A further 36% of The Galaxy is vacant, and another 7,000 square feet of space belongs to a restaurant and is leased through the very space-age-sounding year: 2019.
