NEW YORK CITY-Score another one for Eastdil. The NY Post reported Monday morning that the investment brokerage firm won the assignment to market the 800,000-square-foot Sony Building at 550 Madison Ave.
According to the report, Sony Corp. of America president Nicole Seligman issued a memo to employees last month that the firm was scouting brokers for both the sale and a potential relocation. Potential sights for a move include th World Trade Center and Time Warner Center.
The Post ticks off some of the bellringer wins Doug Harmon and his team have scored of late. These include the Google Building and Worldwide Plaza.
