SAN RAMON, CA-Pacific Gas and Electric Co. (PG&E) has inked a new lease for 145,000 square feet at 6111 Bollinger Canyon Road in Bishop Ranch. Sunset Development is the owner of the building. PG&E already occupies a 250,000-square-foot space in a nearby building situated at 6121 Bollinger Canyon Road. The firm inked the lease for the 6121 Bollinger Canyon Road space in March 2012 to accommodate a gas control center.
