TUALATIN, OR-Timbercon Inc. will relocate its operation from Lake Oswego to Tualatin. The fiber optic firm has acquired Tualatin Corporate Center Building H at 20203-20263 S.W. 95th Place. Timbercon owners Eric Meslow and James Davies paid $4.2 million for the property, which formerly housed Bioject.

Timbercon will occupy nearly 40,000 square feet and lease the remaining space in the building to a tenant. Cresa Partners' Chris Elsenbach represented the buyer and Capacity Commercial Group's Dave Elis represented the seller in the deal. For the full story, go to Portland Business Journal .
