NEWCASTLE UPON TYNE, UK-Network Rail has bought the former Peugeot plant located at Ryton for GBP 25 million. The 300,000-square-foot center will be a major hub for the company's National Delivery Service (NDS) and is situated at a convenient location.

Network Rail will build the national road haulage distribution centre on the former Peugeot plant site. The facility will centralize other properties in Ludgershall, Lichfield and Worcester. The property was sold by ProLogis. For the full story, go to PropertyMall .
