CHICAGO-A venture headed by Christopher Fifield is planning to construct a four-story apartment building in Chicago's West Town neighborhood.

CHICAGO-A venture headed by Christopher Fifield is planning to construct a four-story apartment building in Chicago’s West Town neighborhood. Christopher Fifield said that Chicago-based Fifield Cos. will support the development at 1822-1850 W. Chicago Ave.

Christopher Fifield’s Chicago-based Fifield Construction & Realty LLC has reached a contract to purchase the empty land for the 63-unit project for an undisclosed price. The property is currently owned by Kenneth Koskinski. Fifield Construction will present its plans for the project to the East Village Association members.
