SANTA ROSA,CA-Basin Street Properties has been on a shopping spree and picked up 17 office properties for approximately $70 million. The portfolio includes the following:

  • The Fountaingrove Center (pictured): Three buildings totaling 161,055 square feet.
  • Fountaingrove Executive Center: One building at 37,428 square feet.
  • Oak Valley Business Center: Three buildings at 131,725 square feet.
  • Airport Corporate Center or 3850 & 3880 Brickway Blvd: Two buildings covering 128,540 square feet.
  • The Lakes: Five buildings spanning 140,645 square feet.
  • Waterfall Towers: Three buildings over 95,056 square feet.

According to a company release, the plan is to invest in these office properties to make upgrades across the board. Currently, the portfolio is 77% leased. The developer is looking into increasing occupancy and has been in talks with tenants there.

In 2005, Globest.com reported that

in 2005, Basin Street sold portions of its North Bay portfolio to Equity office for $263 million. In 2011, Basin Street bought 8 buildings in Petaluma, Calif., and combined with the 17 buildings in Santa Rosa, has purchased 25 Sonoma County buildings since 2011. 23 of those buildings were part of the portfolio previously sold to Equity Office in 2005.
