PORTLAND, OR-Pomegranate Communications Inc. has inked a lease for an 84,184-square-foot building at Southshore Corporate Park. The small art publishing business will complete the shifting to the former SCS building at 19018 N.E. Portal by late March 2013. In the deal, Shafer Realty's Dick Shafer Jr. negotiated on behalf of the tenant, while Kidder Mathews' Peter Stalick brokered for the property situated close to Portland International Airport.
