SAN JOSE, CA-A $68-million mixed-use development in San Jose's midtown will start within weeks as the developer has closed on a construction loan for the project. Republic Urban Properties and San Jose-based Barry Swenson Builder are ready to start construction on a 3.5-acre parcel at 1400 West Carlos St.
