GLASGOW, UK-Henley Property Investments has reported the purchase of Kintail House, an office building measuring 41,300 square feet at Hamilton International Technology Park in Glasgow. An SPV managed by Henley Property Investments acquired the property from a consortium of private investors for GBP 5.7 million, representing 11.5% net initial yield. In the deal, the seller was advised by Cushman & Wakefield LLP, while Henley was advised by Angermann, Goddard & Loyd.
