M&M, NAI Hanson, Tristate Brokers Set Investment Seminar

FLORHAM PARK, NJ-In New Jersey and Philadelphia, mid-fall is blooming with possibilities for enlightenment about commercial real estate market and investment trends, including these seminars occurring within the next ten days:

• Marcus & Millichap holds its 2012 New Jersey Investor Symposium on Tuesday, Oct, 30, at the Brooklake Country Club in Florham Park. Panelists include executives from five major companies and Tracye McDaniel of the state’s Choose NJ program.

• The day before, the Industrial and Office Brokers Association hosts a panel of experts speaking about trends in the distressed properties market. Jonathan Schultz of Onyx Equities will lead the discussion at the Renaissance Woodbridge Hotel in Iselin.

• At the Nov. 1 meeting of TriState Realtors/ Brokers Commercial Alliance at PECO Energy Hall in Philadelphia, Jones Lang LaSalle’s JLL’s James Vesey will discuss “What is trading in Philadelphia,” touching on investor targets, desired asset classes, lending parameters, and valuation metrics. 

At the Marcus & Millichap event, regional vice-president Michael Fasano says the line-up includes M& M’s regional research director, Paul N. Arena, along with McDaniel as discussion leaders.

Panelists include Dennis Cieri of Eden Property Company; Rob Friedberg of Capstone Realty Group; Mike Khatiwala of Delaware Hotel Group; Ronald Ladell, AvalonBay Communities; and Constantino Milano of Hartz Mountain Industries.
