DENVER-The merger of J.H. CohnandReznick Group recently made major news and bumped the newly forged CohnReznickinto the 11th spot on the list of the nation's top accounting, tax and advisory firms.

GlobeSt.com's content director, John Salustri, caught up with CohnReznick's David Kessler to discuss the merger from a number of angles. Kessler shared his views on the motivation behind the merger at this time in the CRE cycle, it's impact on the competitive landscape and the outlook for the firm going into 2013.
