DALLAS-The Bank of America Community Development Corp. has started construction on a $20-million senior housing development in southwest Dallas in collaboration with the Central Dallas Community Development Corporation. The Wynnewood Seniors Housing complex will come up on an 8.5-acre site at 1910 Argentina Drive in Oak Cliff and will include 140 apartment homes.
Bank of America is funding a small portion of the senior housing project, which is one of several stages of redevelopment anticipated for the 48-acre Wynnewood site. For the full story, go to Dallas Business Journal .
