SAN DIEGO-CBRE’s Golf & Resort Group has been tapped to exclusively market Warner Springs Ranch here. The firm will be working on behalf of the debtor Warner Springs Ranchowners Association. According to San Diego Source, the property was originally going to be sold to the Pala Band of Mission Indians for $20.5 million. This sale was blocked by a lawsuit, according to the news provider. The property owners filed for bankruptcy after the sale was unsuccessful.
On the other hand, the resort has a wide range of unique amenities including a 27,000 square foot main lodge, 250 furnished bungalows and cottages. It also has a 35-acre private airfield, a 144-acre golf course with a clubhouse.
In a statement from CBRE’s Golf and Resort Group, managing director Jeff Woolson, commented, “Warner Springs Ranch is an iconic resort property with historical significance and substantial land at 2,380 acres
