New 400,000 SF Office for San Fran

SAN FRANCISCO-Kilroy Realty will develop the new 400,000 square foot office tower in the desirable South of Market district.

SAN FRANCISCO-Kilroy Realty is set to develop a 400,000 square-foot, 27-story office tower in the South of Market financial district here. The exact location is 350 Mission Street. According to the company, the site was acquired for $52 million, but there are plans to inject approximately $200 million into the development.

The end goal is for LEED Platinum certification on the building and designers Skidmore, Owings & Merrill are keeping this in mind. The building will contain a caf
