SAN DIEGO-Cruzan Monroe has acquired DiamondView Tower, a 15-story office building in downtown San Diego, for an amount of $121 million. The San Diego-based investment firm purchased the East Village building along with Cigna Investments Inc.

The seller of the 305,255-square-foot building was Wereldhave USA. The local debt and equity finance group of CBRE arranged equity as well as acquisition financing of roughly $86 million for the buyer. The seller was represented by CBRE's investment sales team.
