NEW YORK CITY-SL Green’s office property at 180 Maiden Lane is the most impacted property in the company’s portfolio. The building is located in lower Manhattan – an area still without power in the wake of Hurricane Sandy.

According to a statement from the company, 180 Maiden Lane experienced “heavy” flooding and significant water in its basement. The property is located in Zone A here which was at the highest risk and suffered the most severe onslaught of damaging weather during Sandy’s peak.

Other SL Green buildings in the city still without power at press time are 100 Church Street, 641 Sixth Avenue, 304 Park Avenue South, and 673 First Avenue.The company could not be reached for comment at press time.
