NEW YORK CITY-Locavores can rejoice; the team of Faith Hope Consolo, Joseph A. Aquino and Prudential Douglas Elliman brokered a 12 year lease at 95 Greenwich Avenue. The new tenant will be Nourish Kitchen + Table, a locally-sourced, farm-fresh eatery.

The retail property is located between West 12th and Bank Streets and will not only offer takeaway food services but also nutrition counseling, catering and bridal registry services. Consol and Aquino represented the landlord, Marolda Properties, Inc. and Redwood Properties Group represented the tenant.

In a statement, Consolo said “It's the 2012 version of the Silver Palate and perfectly in tune with today's ultra busy city dwellers. The concept even includes plans for bespoke meal delivery service tailored to the needs of individual customers,” when describing the outlet.
