BOSTON-Two brownstone buildings in the city’s Kenmore area sold for $6.9 million to Jocote LLC. NAI Hunneman acted as the broker for this transaction, and Carl Christie, Executive Vice president/principal, and Dan McGee, investment sales, represented the landlord, Tosi L.P, according to the brokerage firm.

The buildings are located at 45 and 47 Bay State Road in Kenmore, which is adjacent to Fenway Park and near to Boston Univeristy. Both apartment properties are brownstone buidings and offer rear views of the Charles River. In the portfolio there are 20 studio, one- and two-bedroom units.

In a statement from NAI Hunneman, Christie said that the buildings are attractive thanks to their historic charm – they were built between 1891 and 1892 – and have also experienced “ host of recent capital improvements.”
