PARSIPPANY, NJ–Prism Capital Partners’ office building at 399 Jefferson Rd. here has achieved full occupancy with the lease of 102,000 square feet to medical device and implant manufacturer Biomet Spine and Bone Healing Technologies.

The 180,000 square foot building will be Biomet’s new headquarters. The company is to relocate in phases from its long-time home at another Parsippany building, which it recently sold.

The company signed a lease this week that involves a commitment by Prism to build an additional 28,000 square feet of research and development space for a subsidiary at the Jefferson Road building, along with fitting out the property for medical conference rooms, breakout meeting areas and an employee lunch area.
