NEW YORK CITY-Clifton Budd & DeMaria has inked a 15,000-square-foot lease at the Empire State Building for an asking rent of $55 per square foot. The lease for the 61st floor space runs for 10 years. The law firm, which currently leases at 420 Lexington Avenue, will occupy the new space in Q2 2013.

In the transaction, Newmark Grubb Knight Frank's Ryan Kass and William Cohen brokered for the building, while Cushman & Wakefield's Franklin Speyer and William Fressle brokered for the tenant. For the full story, go to Crain's New York Business .
