CHARLESTOWN, MA-PHT Corp. has renewed and expanded its corporate headquarters lease at 500 Rutherford Avenue, where it occupied a 37,000-square-foot space. As per the lease expansion, the company has added another 42,633 square feet to have room for growth. Other terms of the lease were not revealed. Hood Business Park LLC is the owner of the three-story building spanning 300,000 square feet in the Hood Business Park.
