BUFFALO-Catholic Health has broken ground on a $46-million headquarters and training center in downtown Buffalo. Last month, the health-care provider picked the Oak Street parcel managed by Uniland Development Co. to develop the 140,000-square-foot building.

Nearly 700 employees will work in the six-story building when it opens. Uniland will be the project developer and Stieglitz Snyder's Buffalo firm will serve as the project architect.
