SUGAR LAND, TX-Texas Instruments Inc. is planning to construct a business and development facility in Sugar Land. The Dallas-based company will invest $35 million to develop the 160,000-square-foot office building at the northeast corner of University Boulevard and U.S. Highway 59 in the Telfair development area.
The office facility will be built on a 7-acre parcel and it will employ 375 workers there. The facility is scheduled to be finished by early 2014. For the full story, go to Houston Business Journal .
