PHILADELPHIA-Two Montgomery County commercial buildings have changed hands for a total amount of $3.6 million. King of Prussia, the Center for Neurological and Neurodevelopmental Health has purchased a two-story office/flex building measuring 21,199 square feet at 651 Park Ave. for $2.3 million. The seller was Dick Ritter. Markeim Chalmers Inc. and Lieberman Earley & Co. represented the buyer and the seller, respectively.
