PARAMUS, NJ- The Goldstein Group is the leasing agent for the 107,800 square-foot retail property, the Crossroads at Eatontown. The complex is a new re-development site with 17,500 square feet of existing available retail real estate and an additional 35,250 square feet of new retail space to be added in 2013.

“We’re looking for really good quality tenants looking to base themselves in the central hub of NJ,” says president of the Goldstein Group, Chuck Lanyard. He went on to explain that while he couldn’t name the tenants at press time, they were talking to “national high quality tenants” to fill the new retail space.

Lanyard added that construction work on the new portion will kick off in the spring of 2013, as will renovations to the exising space. He described the location as “high-profile” being that it is situated at the intersections of Route 35 and 36 in Monmouth county.
