LOS ANGELES-If there is one commercial real estate product type out there that can obtain financing in this environment, it is multifamily. But how low are lenders willing to go with rates? A panel here recently at RealShare Apartments tried to answer that question. Brian Eisendrath, an executive vice president at CBRE moderated the discussion, which included Jay Blasberg, executive vice president and national production manager, Alliant Capital LLC; Jeff Burns, senior vice president, Walker & Dunlop; Jim Hensley, principal, Prudential Johnson Apartment Capital Express; Jim McDevitt, president, Berkeley Point Capital; Jon Reible, senior vice president, KeyBank Real Estate Capital; and Tim White, executive vice president and chief operating officer of the multifamily segment, PNC Real Estate.
