LOS ANGELES-Multifamily investors aren’t afraid to make deals in this environment. The recent RealShare Apartments conference here detailed what is taking place in the sector. A panel called “How Big Is Their Appetite? Investors Come Back to the Table” was moderated by Marc Renard, vice chairman of Cushman & Wakefield. Included in the discussion were John Bezzant, executive vice president of AIMCO Properties; Chris Burk, senior director if TIAA-CREF; Bob Gray, partner at Rockwood Capital Partners; Dean Henry, chief executive officer of Legacy Partners Residential; and Blaise Keane, executive vice president at Heitman.
