ST. LOUIS-Developers are breaking ground on a $106-million redevelopment of Northwest Plaza, a retail center in St. Ann. The St. Louis Business Journal reported that NWP LLC, a unit created by Raven Development, closed on the 1.8-million-square-foot shopping center this summer.

The 122-acre property was listed for $10 million and it was nearly vacant at closing. Raven Development, led by brothers David and Bob Glarner, obtained financing for the redevelopment from Great Southern Bank. For the full story, go to St. Louis Business Journal .
