RALEIGH, NC-Billy McClatchey has included another apartment complex to his growing portfolio in the Triangle. Wake County documents revealed that Chaucer Creek Capital, headed by McClatchey, has bought Windsor Fall, a 276-unit apartment community in north Raleigh, for $21.1 million.

The multifamily property, constructed in 1994, is situated off Old Wake Forest Road. San Diego-based Fairfield Residential Co. was the seller of Windsor Falls. It purchased the apartment community for $22.8 million in 2006. For the full story, go to Triangle Business Journal .
