AUSTIN, TX-Kemp Properties has handled two retail leases totaling 31,140 square feet in Austin. Salvation Army Family Store has signed a 22,500-square-foot lease renewal deal at 8801 Research Blvd. and Dollar Tree has inked an 8,640-square-foot lease at 9515 N. Lamar Blvd.
