TAMPA, FL-The Grand Hyatt Tampa Bay, a 442-room hotel, has finished a $16-million renovation. The hotel renovated its guest rooms, which include 45 villa-style casitas and 23 suites, and other hotel areas. The majority of the renovation works were completed in August.

The project also included a full renovation of the outdoor terrace at the restaurant Armani's. Hyatt Hotels Corp. sold the property in late 2010 to an investor account advised by UBS Global Asset Management's US real estate business for $58.5 million.
