BUFFALO-Benderson Development Co. has included a Cheektowaga plaza to its real estate portfolio. The company has bought the 209,000-square-foot plaza at 2001 Walden Avenue for $10.5 million. The retail property was previously owned by a subsidiary of Capmark Bank, which assumed control over the property trough a foreclosure. Capmark listed the plaza last month for $12 million.

The former Walden Village Plaza sits on 24 acres of land. Scott Roth and Kelly Ann Green of J.R. Militello Realty in Buffalo brokered the deal. For the full story, go to Buffalo Business First .
