LONDON-CBRE Global Investors has acquired seven properties that comprise two distribution warehouses, two industrial estates and three retail warehouses for approximately GBP 64 million from the Mercury portfolio. The properties include Brent Trading Estate and Brunswick Industrial Estate in London; B&Q and Bunzl on Lister Road in Basingstoke; Pets at Home on London Road in Brentford; The Wharf in Godalming; and Tesco on Factory Lane in Croydon.
