LGP Closes New Lease Deals in Covent Garden Estate

LONDON-Legal & General Property has closed a number retail and office leases in Covent Garden Estate.

LONDON-Legal & General Property has closed a number retail and office leases in Covent Garden Estate. On the retail element, H&M has signed a 10,500-square-foot lease at 425 Strand and Kim Chee Korean Restaurant and Wasabi have leased two restaurant units at 388-389 Strand and 39 Southampton Street, respectively.

On the office element, Appydux Ltd. has leased 2,991 square feet and Wayfair has taken 2,907 square feet at Walter House at 418 Strand. In addition, ManageBest Ltd. has leased 478 square feet at 388 Strand. For the full story, go to PropertyMall .
