BOSTON-DivcoWest has acquired four office buildings totaling 373,000 square feet in the Seaport District of Boston for $106.7 million. The real estate investment firm purchased the office properties from a fund controlled by Brickman Real Estate of New York.

The properties include 330 and 313 Congress streets buildings totaling 106,000 square feet; 51 Sleeper Street, an office building comprising 150,000 square feet; and Harbor Corporate Center, a 106,000-square-foot building at 300 A St. HFF arranged the deal.
