SCOTTSDALE, AZ-The new health care climate is going to require cost cutting in the medical office sector of commercial real estate says Gary McKitterick, a partner with the law firm Allen Matkins. He spoke here at the recent RealShare Medical Office conference with Real Estate Forum's Sule Aygoren Carranzza.
