PHILADELPHIA-Tampa, Florida-based Carter Validus Mission Critical REIT Inc. has picked up a data center in Northeast Philadelphia for $65 million. The REIT paid $540 per square foot for the 121,000-square-foot flex property at 2000 Kubach Road in the Byberry Industrial Park.

The building, developed in 1993, sits on 25.6 acres of land. It is leased to Vanguard Group. Michael B. Harrell, Patrick Lynch and Robert J. Fahey from CBRE Inc. handled the deal. For the full story, go to Philadelphia Business Journal .
